ISCCP ANONYMOUS FTP INSTRUCTIONS

ISCCP makes some data products and subsets available on its anonymous ftp site at isccp.giss.nasa.gov. The full data products are available from our archives.

Most datasets on this ftp site are in native format. Read software is available. Selected variables have been extracted from these datasets and are available through the WWW interface.

Here is a sample of how to access the ftp site. Commands you type in are in boldface. "$" is the UNIX command prompt. "ftp>" is the ftp prompt.

$ftp isccp.giss.nasa.gov
